Dermot Byrne, Brid Harper and Floriane Blancke

Dermot Byrne from Donegal is best known as Altan’s accordion player, the best known Irish band in the world. Bríd Harper also from Donegal is the fiddler many of Ireland’s traditional musicians cite as a major influence, having been senior All-Ireland champion and Fiddler of Dooney winner.  Floriane Blancke, from Paris is a harpist, fiddler, pianist and vocalist who’s Hungarian Gypsy background has complimented her emergence on the traditional music scene in Ireland.
