Saline Fiddlers Philharmonic from Michigan visited Burlington on 7/3/19, playing on the Church Street Marketplace in front of the Burlington Violin Shop, after an unexpected delay at the Canadian/US border, finally getting under way at about 3:30pm.
Thanks for the group and their artistic director Ashley Grebe for making it happen, to Kathy Reilly at the violin shop for hosting, to Kristin, Romy, Fiona and others for welcoming them on our Touring Group’s behalf, and to Oliver, Ceili, Romy, Fiona and others for filling in a bit while they were delay.
They finished up their day with a performance at Ben & Jerry’s in Waterbury, and should be getting close to home again soon. The hope is that one day our Touring Group will be able to visit them.
